Rob Gunderson
had been my instructor in 1996-97, and also in 2002-03. I studied
graphics on both Mac and PC As a result, I am employed by Alpha
Digital Technologies/EAD as an assistant to the Operations Manager,
in charge of engineering support documentation, and responsible
for the writing and collation of instruction manuals for home theater
equipment. Programs Rob taught and I am proficient in include: Quark,
Illustrator, Photoshop, DreamWeaver and InDesign .

Rob,
Just a note to say thank you for recommending your ex-student, Annie
Davenport to me. She has quickly come to grips with the difficult
task of producing instruction manuals for our range of hometheater
electronics, and also taken on the task of managing the Engineering
Department documentation. Because of the variety of software programs
she has been instructed in, her skills have enhanced our capabilities.
I am especially grateful for the way you have been available the
few times we have had a problem understanding a particular facet
