In 1999 I needed some new training, due to a job injury. I was somewhat
interested in graphic art and web design, when the name Seedling
Productions came up.
Not knowing anything about computers, Rob taught me all I needed
to know in Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dream Weaver and Fireworks.
Rob also taught me basic computer skills on Windows and Mac.

must say that taking Rob’s classes has changed my life because
i’m not digging ditches any more and working my tail off,
now I'm a graphic designer working my tail off. Not only did Rob
teach me what I needed to know to work in the graphic design world,
but he also helped me get a job at Academy Printing, “what
a teacher” nothing like job replacement after attending school.
Thank you Rob for all that you have taught me and prepared me for.
Ya know Rob,
there is one phrase that you always said will help that sticks with
me “design defensively” it has. |
