Karl
Gude/Art Director/Newsweek Magazine
As
the Graphics Director for Newsweek Magazine in New York City, I
highly recommend Rob Gunderson as a fantastic computer teacher as
well as a great human being. My sister, Jacquie Hammer, and I decided
to build a website to showcase a series of childrens books I had
published. Her job was to spearhead that effort on the technical
side while I took care of the art direction from New York. |
| But
in order to do so, she needed to learn the Macintosh computer (which
I know very well) along with how to build a website. No small task.
She was referred to Rob for instruction. I spoke with him prior
to Jacquie's training and he immediately impressed me as a professional
and as someone who not only knew Macs and web building much better
than I, but as a teacher. He detailed the path he would take for
Jacquie to learn the ropes and it was a solid, wonderful program.
Within a few months, Jacquie was building web pages and talking
computer talk with me. Today, Jacquie and I are still friends with
Rob and she is a full-time webmaster working on her own projects.
